What type of paper and print quality do you offer?
Our prints are produced on premium matte paper. The surface is smooth, non-reflective, and softly tactile—giving each piece a muted, elegant finish without glare.
This is a heavier-weight paper (200 gsm / 80 lb) with a thickness of 0.26 mm, offering a sturdy, high-quality feel that holds its shape beautifully over time.

For sustainability, all prints are produced on FSC-certified or equivalent paper, meaning the materials are sourced responsibly with respect for forests, ecosystems, and communities. 🌲
Will you offer more products besides prints?
We are currently working on expanding our product range due to growing interest and demand from our community. ✨
Our goal is to introduce new items such as apparel and other merchandise, but we want to take the time to ensure that everything meets the quality standards we want to offer.
At the moment, we cannot promise specific products or release dates just yet — however, we are actively working on it and hope to gradually introduce more items to the website over time.

Shipping & Packaging
All prints are produced and shipped by a professional printing partner that specialises in high-quality art printing, packaging, and global fulfilment. This ensures that every artwork is printed, packed, and delivered with professional care.
Each print is made to order after your purchase is placed. Because of this production process, delivery times may take longer.

Processing time: Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping time: Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days after processing, depending on your location.
All parcels are professionally packaged to protect the artwork during transit and to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Prints are either shipped flat or carefully rolled, depending on their size, to prevent damage during delivery. 📦🖤
Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors.
All orders include tracking, allowing the progress of the shipment to be monitored once the parcel has been dispatched.
Due to current global circumstances, shipping costs may be higher than usual. These costs are determined by external shipping providers and are outside of our control.
What if the artwork I want is not available on the website?
The prints available on this website are personally selected by myself. Not every artwork I create is offered as a print, as only certain pieces are chosen for reproduction.
If there is a specific artwork you have seen and would like to purchase as a print, you are welcome to reach out via email with your request. Please include which artwork you are interested in and the style you would like it printed in.
Custom print requests will be reviewed individually. While not every request can be guaranteed, I will always do my best to consider them.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Each print is custom-made specifically for you once the order is placed. Because of this, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.
We kindly ask that you review your artwork selection, size, and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase. ✨
My print arrived damaged. What do I have to do?
All prints are packaged in secure carton boxes designed to provide strong protection during transit while also reducing unnecessary plastic packaging and supporting more sustainable shipping practices. 🌍
However, in rare cases, if the parcel is not handled carefully during delivery, prints may arrive bent or damaged.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us via email and include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged packaging and prints
Once we receive the information, we will review the issue and arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.
