Returns & Refunds
At Tiny Freaks, all products are made just for you.
We use a print-on-demand process, which means each item is created and printed once your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or delays caused by shipping carriers.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.

EU RULES
Returns & Cancellations Policy (EU Customers)
In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving their goods.
To initiate a return, customers must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. Upon approval of the return request, we will provide the appropriate return address. Customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering all return shipping costs.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged. Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it and receive a full refund. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for cancellation if the order has already entered processing or fulfilment.
