Tiny Freaks is an independent art brand offering original artwork, print-on-demand products, and custom creations featuring original characters.
By using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Print-on-Demand Products
All products are made to order.
This means that:
Orders are processed individually once placed and are created specifically for you.
Production and delivery times may be longer than standard retail items.
Items within the same order may be shipped separately, depending on production location.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we aim to reduce waste and overproduction.
Production methods and packaging may vary slightly depending on the fulfillment location.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed within the estimated processing timeframe displayed on the website. Please note that processing and shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Tiny Freaks Unit is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended packages.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT fees, or additional charges imposed by their local authorities, if any apply.
Returns & Refunds
At Tiny Freaks, all products are made just for you.
We use a print-on-demand process, which means each item is created and printed once your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, delays caused by shipping carriers, or incorrect sizing choices.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue.

We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order Acceptance & Cancellations
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to:
- suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions
- pricing or listing errors
- inventory inaccuracies
- abusive or threatening behavior toward our team
- suspicious bulk purchasing or reseller activity
If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, the customer will receive a full refund for the cancelled order.
Product Representation
We make every effort to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on individual monitor settings, device displays, and printing processes.

Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, graphics, branding, product photography, and content displayed on Tiny Freaks Unit remain the intellectual property of Tiny Freaks Unit.
Purchasing a product does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, or commercially use any artwork without prior written consent.
The use of Tiny Freaks Unit artwork, designs, or content for AI training, machine learning datasets, NFT creation, or automated reproduction systems is strictly prohibited without explicit written permission.
